How do I sign in?
OpenWord supports Sign in with Apple, email login, and guest mode. You can also enable Face ID or Touch ID for quick sign-in on supported devices.
How do I change my translation language?
Open the Profile tab → Settings → Translation Language. You can switch between 10 supported languages at any time. Your saved words and progress are preserved.
How do I import my own words or articles?
Go to the Notebooks tab → tap the + button → choose Import Words or Import Article. You can paste text, upload a file, or import from your clipboard.
How do I export my notebooks?
Open a notebook → tap the share icon → choose Export. Notebook export is available on the Pro plan.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free plan includes 3 custom categories, 3 notebooks (up to 30 words each), and 3 article imports per month. Pro removes all limits, unlocks every theme, all phrase difficulty levels, and notebook export.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → OpenWord → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then open Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your local data. If you'd like us to remove any associated records on our side, email us at thevsx.tech@gmail.com.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your vocabulary, notebooks, and progress are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
